By inviting or using the Discord bot DM Spam Shutdown ("the bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the bot.
Use of the Bot
DM Spam Shutdown is provided free of charge and is intended for use within Discord servers in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Availability

- Server moderation actions taken based on the bot’s output
- Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot
Termination
We reserve the right to deny access to the bot or remove it from servers that violate these Terms or misuse the bot.
Server administrators may remove the bot from their server at any time.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
